I have two very different jackets depending on the sail and the before or after activities of the sail. My first choice, hands done is a canvas or waxed jacket - keeps the wet out and incredibly warm. If the wind is light and its warmer I go for the old fashion “wind breaker”. Burberry and Barbour have perfected jackets for life by the sea!
